Short-term Goals

My short-term goals after I graduate from college aren’t very complicated. My goals are to finish my studies in Graphic and Web design. After that, spend the final 3 weeks of my time in college at my stage. And then hopefully, I can find a place in the job market where I can do pretty well.

While spending time at whichever place I find myself for my stage, I plan on taking the time to learn more from an actual workplace. A workplace that is dedicated to what I spent all this time working towards. Taking the time to learn new insights, meet new personalities and discover more ideas, I hope to gain more knowledge on this type of work and grow even more as a graphic designer.

Long-term career interests

What I aim to learn though, is more of the 3D design/modelling aspect. As well am working more in print design as well as working in video or maybe some UX or UI. As I am now, I’m still learning a great deal about all kinds of different things. Things like what it takes to make amazing creations for these fields and the various techniques involved. My goal is to learn how to create all kinds of creative pieces in this field and improve my skills heavily.

Over the summer and in the next year, however, I’m looking to try and improve my skills in all these fields. My short-term goals mainly revolve around improving my craft for digital and print media in whichever way I can. That includes my professional and personal work, at a company or for more local environments. I look forward to working with various people in the future. And I hope that these people can help me grow as a person and designer as well.
